The Johnathan-Hanna Kagen Memorial Sawmill Farm Barn Dedication Ceremony

The tall beautiful blue eyed blonde Anuta walks to the podium and everyone starts clapping and cheering for her. Anuta at age 16 through her agape love for our grandparents and this farm inherited this beautiful Sawmill Farm and is the sole owner of it. She tells everyone she is not the owner of Sawmill Farm, I'm just the caretaker of it for my poppa and granny. Anuta shares her farm with anyone and everyone that needs such a place in their lives and their hearts. Now let's listen to her powerful and emotional speech to the adopted kids here in Sawmill.

Sawmill Girl Anuta Speaks
Hello everyone and thank you for joining us on this beautiful summer evening here on Sawmill Farm. I am Anuta Johnathan-Hanna Kagen as you all should know. We're here tonight to dedicate this beautiful new barn, The Johnathan-Hanna Kagen Memorial Sawmill Farm Barn to be called The Morgan Quarters.

We've all heard what our sisters Elena, Snoopy and Beth had to say about this beautiful barn and how it came to be for all of us here in Sawmill. I'm not here tonight to add anything to what they've had to say. They've pretty much covered it all and they have done an excellent job of doing so. I'm here tonight to make a statement to a special kid to me and a lot of kids that live here in Sawmill.

Our Kagen family is considered to be and is called a family of adoptions from countries all over the world. When I got here to Sawmill I had my mun with me and a brother that would be coming a few months later. I knew WHO I was and WHERE I came from and knew my REAL FAMILY was always near to me, not a whole new adopted family for me.

My transistion into Sawmill and my new Kagen family was easy for me and I never remember having any homesickness other than I really missed my older brother Igor and my grandparents back in Stary Oskol. Once my brother got here man I'm here to tell you now I was one happy kid and loving my new dad, family, Sawmill and my new poppa and granny.

A couple of months ago I was taking a walk in the Village. I had an adopted kid into Sawmill walking with me and I'm not going to say the name. I felt like this kid had something on her mind and was really maybe hurting her heart. I asked her if something was bothering her and did she want to talk about it with me.

She stopped walking and with tears in her eyes looked at me and asked...do you really feel like you're a Kagen and belong here in Sawmill? It sorta stunned me to hear her say this. I hugged her and told her why certainly, you should too and why do you ask such a question?

Her answer to me went straight to my heart and soul and put my mind to thinking how many more adopted kids here in Sawmill has the same feelings as she does. This really grated in my mind and heart and I knew I had to do something for this kid and any other adopted kid here in Sawmill that may have those same feelings.

I  prayed about it, I asked my sis Snoopy to pray about it. I asked my Sawmill Girl sisters to pray about it. I asked my older sisters to pray about it. I asked our Sawmill youth pastor to pray about it and please give me some guidance with this kid. I knew in my heart and soul something had to be done about this hurt in this kid's heart and soul or she would never have peace of mind and heart.

I had made up my mind that when I became an adult I would make my poppa and granny's home my home to live and raise my family in. Beth, Snoopy and Elena and me were over at that home one day cleaning the yards. I asked them if they would like to build their homes near me. They all yelled yes about the same time. So, we decided we would call where we were to live Sawmill Farm Village and began to do some development on it.

Soon all my little sisters and some of my cousins had gone there and staked their claim on an acre next to me, Man I thought this was just awesome and we were all having a blast planting grass and flowers on their acre of Sawmill Farm DIRT where they would one day build their homes.

Up here every member of my family is now holding a stake with a red flag on it. I say to any adopted Sawmill kid that has a HURT in YOUR HEART and a need to set down YOUR ROOTS here in Sawmill on YOUR OWN PERSONAL FAMILY SAWMILL DIRT get ready to come to the terrace. We've layed out and marked enough acres of land for each and everyone of you in Sawmill Farm Village.

WHEW! Anuta took the podium and threw it about 50 feet across the terrace.

WOW this place has exploded and that Anuta has blown away many hearts here tonight and no doubt the one of that special kid that had that talk with her. She and the other Sawmill Girls are up on the terrace jumping up and down yelling and waving for these kids to COME ON UP and get your stakes. We love YOU and we want YOU to live in Sawmill Farm Village with us on YOUR OWN PERSONAL SAWMILL DIRT!! WOW this is just AWESOME!!

We hear a YES and see Monkey from Columbia running to the terrace with her hands up and tears pouring down her cheeks. They all start yelling YES! and running to the terrace..Olga Russia, Slewfoot Russia, Ling Lee Thailand, Lexie Belarus, Kristian Russia, Zang China, Demi Ukraine,
Punky Russia, Anastasia Russia, Zeta Russia, Alla Russia, Sergie Russia and the rest of the Sawmill Kids and a few more are running to the terrace to claim their roots here on Sawmill Farm.

As the kids run across the terrace a family member is grabbing , hugging and holding them and giving them a stake with a red flag on it. WOW beautiful!

Anuta will give you the last shirt off her back and will love you when no one else will. Her poppa was the same way. Now you know why Aunta is who she is and why she does what she does. She is her poppa's little Angel from the Heavens above and he has told us that before more than one time. Love Anuta We All Do!

Anuta is "giving to others the same that was given to her by her poppa and granny"... "family dirt".

I'm sure there are some happy parents here in Sawmill tonight. If you're not adopted from a foreign country, and maybe never knew in your heart where you really came from, then you may not understand what's going on in the hearts of those kids running across that terrace tonight staking their claim to their own "personal family dirt".

All of us folks here in Sawmill do.

Those Sawmill Girls, those Sawmill Farm Kids running across that terrace, the other adopted kids running across that terrace staking their claim to "their very own family dirt", that new barn and their Sawmill Farm, that girl we call Anuta and what they all stand for are going to keep this mountain valley alive for another generation to come.

You go Anuta, you did good tonight girl. The way you looked throwing that hand up and down, hitting on the podium and talking fast, you sounded like an old country preacher up there preaching hell fire and brimstone to your congregation.

I'd say you were on a mission tonight to make an important statement to all of us adopted kids here in Sawmill, and all of us Sawmill residents too. We learned a valuable lesson from you tonight. Thank you.

I'm sure you're poppa and granny in Heaven are looking down on you tonight saying....we did GOOD when we gave you our Sawmill Farm Family Dirt!

The bells in Annie's Bell Tower on top of the Morgan Quarters are ringing and sending a message all over this valley. This valley is blessed and will be here for another generation to come thanks to all these kids that are here tonight that ran across that terrace staking their claim to their own Sawmill "family dirt".
